Just use ODIPKT 1 97   /* 1 = second frame type */
               /* 0 = first frame type (default) */

NetManage's Chameleon supports PPP. I don't know if PPP support is included
with the "demo" version (expires sometime in August I think) that's available
on their FTP site (ftp.netmanage.com). Several books include Chameleon sampler
too which may have the PPP support. The current commercial version, 4.0
definitely supports PPP and it works okay.

Uli,

The Chameleon Sampler is full production, with no time-out
limits.  It is however a subset of our full commercial
Chameleon software, and one version back.

The Chameleon Sampler is a subset of NetManage's commercial
TCP/IP for Windows applications.  The Chameleon Sampler
 allows users to connect to the Internet via Dial-Up Slip or PPP connections.

Applications included are: Mail, Telnet, TN3270, FTP, and Ping as
well as a dial-up only version of NetManage's WinSock TCP/IP
communications stack.

It is included free in the back of "Internet Unleashed",
 "The Windows Tour Guide" (which by the way is also included in
Ventana's Internet Membership Kit), "Navigating the Internet",
 "Using the Internet",  most of the new books coming out, and more!

You can upgrade from the Sampler to the full Internet Chameleon for $125.
SRP is $199.
